Acquired the site lease, assembled an international development consortium and
managed the development, design and construction of this landmark project.
Now known as Kempinski Ciragan Palace, this project involved restoration of
Ciragan Sayari, a treasured 19th century Ottoman Palace, under the direction of
the Turkish Ministry of Culture and Tourism and the development of a 303-key
luxury hotel property.
